Justin Bieber ended 2011 unstained by accusations of fathering a bastard and riding high on social media. The pint-sized pop star was the most talked about thing on Twitter and Facebook in 2011, beating rivals Twitter, basketball, Facebook and Lady Gaga.
Beliebers tweeted millions of opinions about the singer/puppet and 80% of those opinions were positive in 2011. But not every one was enamoured of Bieber. Some questioned the hype:
“he sound (sic) like a little girl who just had a orgasm for the 1st time. every (sic) speaks about his talent, please please do tell me what talent he has that others doensnt’? (sic) he cant (sic) write his own lyric, cant (sic) sing, cant (sic) dance. is NOTHING! (sic)”
Others countered on his behalf:
“he has amazing talent, he’s absolutely gorgeous, and has a beautiful girlfriend that is perfect for him. ALL YOU OF (SIC) MOTHER FUCKERS HATING ON HIM ARE OBVIOUSLY JEALOUS. And if he has no “talent”, then why do most of these famous rappers/singers want to sing with him? Kayne did a song with him, so did Usher, Ludacris, Jaden Smith, Sean Kingston, and more. So why don’t all of you “haters” stop hating on him cause (sic) he has a life 10x better than yours! Plus, your shit doesn’t phase him, thats (sic) why he hasn’t stopped doing what he loves and hasn’t stopped dating the girl he loves. (sic)”
